Choose Add Server and enter play.conchelgaming.com exactly as the server address.

Is the Minecraft server online?
The production server is operating, but pre-launch access may remain whitelist-restricted. The live status above distinguishes a healthy private server from an outage.
What address do I use to join Minecraft?
Use play.conchelgaming.com inside Minecraft Java Edition under Multiplayer. The hostname is a server address, not a browser-based game.
Why does Minecraft say I am not whitelisted?
Private pre-launch access is intentionally restricted to approved players. This is different from a server outage.
Are memberships required to play?
No. Memberships are optional and do not sell competitive pay-to-win advantages. Specific member benefits are published as they become available.
Can I cash out Conchel Credits?
No. Conchel Credits have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn as money or cryptocurrency.
Can I transfer Conchel Credits to another player?
Not unless Conchel Gaming expressly enables an eligible transfer feature. The default model is non-transferable closed-loop credits.
How do referral rewards work?
A referral must satisfy the published qualification rules before a reward is finalized. Fraudulent, reversed or duplicate activity can cause a hold or reversal.
Where do I report a problem?
Use the Player Portal and Help Center for current support guidance. Operational failures are monitored automatically; service incidents do not require players to administer the server.
What should I try if I cannot connect?
Confirm the server address is exactly play.conchelgaming.com, verify your internet connection and game version, then check live status. A whitelist message means access is not yet approved; a timeout or maintenance status may indicate a service issue.
