Terms of Service

1. Service

Conchel Gaming is a multi-game community platform operated by Conchel, LLC. Features may include game servers, accounts, subscriptions, community services, events, referrals, digital entitlements, and closed-loop Conchel Credits.

2. Accounts and eligibility

You are responsible for the accuracy of information provided with your account and for keeping account credentials secure. Access may be limited, suspended, or removed for security, abuse, fraud, cheating, harassment, unlawful conduct, or material violation of these terms or posted game rules.

3. Game access

Availability, game rules, supported versions, capacity, features, and access requirements may change as worlds are updated. Scheduled or emergency maintenance may temporarily interrupt access.

4. Memberships and payments

Paid memberships are billed through Stripe. Recurring plans renew until canceled. Pricing and included benefits are presented before purchase. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically reverse a completed billing period unless required by law or an applicable posted refund policy.

5. Conchel Credits

Conchel Credits are closed-loop promotional or participation units usable only for eligible Conchel Gaming platform benefits. They have no cash value, are not cryptocurrency, cannot be withdrawn for cash, and are not transferable between players unless Conchel Gaming expressly enables a specific feature. Credits may be withheld, reversed, or canceled when associated activity is fraudulent, abusive, duplicated, reversed, or otherwise ineligible.

6. Referrals

Referral rewards are issued only after the referred account satisfies published qualification requirements. Self-referrals, duplicate-account schemes, automation, manipulation, or other attempts to manufacture rewards are prohibited.

7. Community conduct

Players must follow posted server and community rules. Cheating, exploit abuse, malicious automation, threats, targeted harassment, unauthorized access, and attempts to disrupt the service are prohibited.

8. User content

You retain ownership of content you create, subject to any rights required by the underlying game or platform. By submitting content for community display or promotion, you grant Conchel Gaming a non-exclusive license to display and promote that content in connection with the service.

9. Third-party services

Conchel Gaming may integrate third-party services such as Stripe and Discord. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices.

10. Intellectual property

Conchel Gaming branding, original site content, software, and platform materials are owned by Conchel, LLC or its licensors. Minecraft is a trademark of Microsoft/Mojang. Conchel Gaming is not affiliated with or endorsed by Microsoft or Mojang unless expressly stated otherwise.

11. Changes and termination

These terms and platform features may be updated as the service evolves. Material changes will be posted on this page. Users may stop using the service at any time, subject to outstanding payment obligations.
